Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information BlockRate collects through blockrate.ai, why we collect it and the choices you have. It is written in plain language and is not legal advice.
Who we are
BlockRate is a marketing agency for crypto and web3 projects. Based in San Jose, California. Questions about this policy go to admin@blockrate.ai.
What we collect
- Application form. Your name, email, Telegram handle, project name, project website, token stage, chain, the services you need, budget range and timeline.
- Call booking. The name, email and time you choose when you book a call, plus any notes you add.
- Chat. Messages you send through the chat on this site and any contact details you share there.
- How you found us. Campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), the referring website and the first page you visited. We attach this to your application so we know which channels work.
- Usage data. We may use analytics tools that collect standard data such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies or similar technology.
- Saved draft. The application form saves your answers in your own browser until you submit, so nothing is lost if the page closes. This draft stays on your device and is cleared when you submit.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether we are a fit.
- To contact you by email or Telegram, and by phone or text if you give us a number, about your application or booked call.
- To send follow up messages about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand which pages and channels bring in applications, and to improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this site and our business, including website hosting, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that stores applications, bookings and chat conversations, email and text messaging tools, and, if enabled, Google Analytics. They process data on our behalf to provide their services. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Text messages
If you give us a phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your application or call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and analytics
If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt out browser add on. The chat feature may also set cookies so it can remember your conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep application, booking and chat records for as long as needed to respond to you, run our relationship with you and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email admin@blockrate.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We will never ask for wallet access, private keys, seed phrases or funds.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
